Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here and was so impressed with how quickly all of my questions were answered. Mary Beth was generous with her time and always offered several day/time options, so It is very easy to get an appointment that worked around my busy schedule. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when she told me about what she learned at the latest conference she attended, the most recent class she took part in or taught, and--most especially--the most profound, relevant truth she learned from God's Word. Her professionalism and experience were evident, while at the same time she was able to analyze issues and problems with grace and kindness. She always made extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
