I loved the experience at this spa. I was not sure what to expect but the employees were really helpful in explaining to me what "Banya" was and answered all my questions.
The next day I felt great and my skin tone was awesome defiantly going to be coming back ( already re-booked)
Try Banya! It seems kind of intense at first but the more intense it feels the more relaxed i got.

Man! That was hot! This place definitely tests and builds your body. I haven't sweat so much for a while, even though I see hot sauna's at 24 hour fitness once a week. This sauna is different, and 100% hotter. A wonderful experience this was, I feel ready for another tough week at work.

If your looking for relaxtion.. this is IT! Red Rocks Banya is the perfect exclusive getaway for a few hours. My husband and I did a couples massage and a few banya treatments. The service was amazing. The staff is so friendly. I will definately come back again! Recommend to everyone!!!
