They treat me & my pets like family! I've been going there since May of 2000, when I moved to Jacksonville. Sometimes they have an emergency and I have to wait, but I know that if my pet has an emergency they will drop everything and attend to my pet in the same manner. Therefore, there is no place I rather go.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It's always nice when they can answer my questions over the phone instead of having to drive down there for an appointment. Most of the time, they're able to answer them over the phone which really saves my time and gas. I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. I know that any pet would benefit from their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
