It felt like my pet and me spent an entire day in their waiting room. Realistically, it was more like half a day, but it was still way too long. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
