although I would give the vets a higher rating, but their front staff are just not friendly or compassionate. No smile when puppies are brought in, no gentle words for patients owners loosing pets. I have sat there only 3 times and never once saw them smiling and engaging let alone concerned about the people coming in. They schedule, sell products and take your money for the visit all with no personality at all. So I wouldn't go back. again. I could see them having a bad day from time to time but 3 times I went wasn't a coincidence. Have spoke with others that feel the same.
