I took my small dog to get her teeth cleaned they pulled 12 teeth she got very sick they didn’t give her any pain meds or antibiotics for her took her back a week later she would not eat or drink they kept her 6 hours said she was fine she died 2 days latter in agony an pain, never heard from vet or any one in office like they didn’t care, broke my heart she was my tharapy dog.

DOUG AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT . HE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS NOT NEEDED. HES GREAT WITH THE ANIMALS. I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. THAT WANTS GREAT CARE.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. One thing I really love about them is how easy it is to get an appointment. I never have to worry that they won't be able to see my pet right away. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Doug and the girls are very, very nice. This is a no frills office, so don't expect shiny new equipment or you will be disappointed. What you will get is honest information about your animal. Dr. Link is honest with you and won't charge your for things you don't need (like a lot of other vets in this area do). I've been going to him for awhile and I trust him completely when it comes to my dogs.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The entire time I was there they were giving me completely biased advice. It was very obvious that they just wanted to make money off me. One of the first things I noticed when we walked in was how filthy the entire building was. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

This man is a fool. He is inattentive, rude, and distracted. My dog had an impaction that would have surely taken her life if not treated and he looked at her face, told me she was fine and excused me. I took her to a different vet and they performed emergency surgery. my dog would have died under this mans care. His offfices arent clean nor are they well lit. I dislike this vet very much
