They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. My family has been using this vet since 1990 and we wouldn't see anybody else. One dog was ill from the age of two with diabetes and Dr. Dana and his vet techs worked with us for years so our dog could live a happy life despite diabetes. She lived fourteen years!
