I ordered a full blood panel for my cat. They sent me "her" results with someone else's urinalysis. I explained that I don't trust the blood results because the urine test results were NOT hers. I was told by Dr. Nick - no problem, we'll take another specimen and rerun it. I just called to check on the results, and I was told the 2nd blood test never went out "per Dr. Nick," because they got the feeling that I wasn't coming back to do more business with them. This vet doesn't care about your pet, or stressing animals out with nonsensical multiple visits. They only care that you will not be coming back, so they'll just stop all in-progress work. Completely unprofessional.
