Always very kind and patient! the doctors and staff are excellent and fast to find the problem and take care of it!! we love them and will always go with our pet to only Brunswick and Animal Hospital.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
