The first time, I got an appointment in about a week and in about 1 hours the last time. The office is very easy to locate. I feel primary concern of the doctor was what's best for me.

They answer all my questions except on the day when I was forced to put my cat to sleep. I asked on the phone what was the minimal cost of it and I was told "I'll give you price when you get here". When I got there the front desk person quickly guided me to the procedure room without giving any price info. I was quite surprised that at the end of my visit I was given price $210 for euthanasia with a group ash burial and $345 with an individual burial. On such a rather emotional day for me I find that such handling by staff was unethical and possibly illegal.

I give doc 5 stars and his staff 1 star for a 3 star result. As a former manager, knowing that any business policy always propagates from the top is not helping this 3 star rating.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Great animal hospital. They are very fair with regards to pricing. Wait times are minimal to non existence. Apps can be booked same day and don't require month in advance planning. Overall very comfortable place for an animal hospital.
