They took excellent care of Little Bit for me. She didn't want to come to me when they first brought her out!!! They really treated her so good. And my previous dog, MAX who had a stroke and I had to put down, I can't speak highly enough for Dr. Hatcher and his staff. The were extremely caring and understood what we were going through to have to do this. Thank you ever so much for taking care of Max for me Dr. Hatcher and your staff should be commended on how professional they were.

Absolutely horrible experience - worst ever. Would NEVER take a pet here if I want quality, caring service. The rudest staff and no customer service at all. They don't honor advertised prices and try to make you feel like you're a bad pet parent if you don't pay the higher fees.
