** BEWARE**

If you love your pet and value your sanity, stay far AWAY from this "clinic". Long story short-I took my cat here for a routine surgery and was not only charged nearly double what I was quoted, but I ended up having to euthanize my beloved pet after their negligent "care".

After numerous attempts to discuss my cat's health and the additional "fees" with the vet and owner, Dr. Young I ended up taking my animal to a competent vet where I had to shell out even more money to TRY and repair the damage that had already been done.

The front desk manager, Melody is rude and lacking in any customer service skills, the vet/owner Dr. Young is dismissive and misleading and the entire staff is more concerned about covering their tails and getting your money, than the care of animals. They won't let you see where your animal is kept, they will hold your pet "hostage" until you pay made up "fees", they will hang up on you, if you question anything and if you are as unlucky as I, they will botch a routine treatment and cause irreversible damage to your pet.

Don't gamble with your pet's life, there are other affordable vets in the Denver area that are actually compassionate and competent...PPP is NOT one of them.
