Warning: Most unprofessional, immature, inhumane, detached, vet, in fact, human being I have ever encountered. His lack of adequate skills manifest itself in his uncaring manner. He has no business in caring for animals or other human beings.
Met Dr K Perkins when he was working in Sierra Vista, AZ,excellent/caring vet, took care of 2 cats, Panchita & Snuggles.Panchita was an older Tortie rescue & Snuggles was a light orange spayed female that enjoyed fights with tomcats.May 1993 she became blind due glaucoma, but could still hunt but very territorial & loving. Sadly Panchita passed away 12/2000, few weeks later I casually said "Panchita did pretty good passing away @ 20" Our vet says "No,Mam, Panchita was @least 24, just wish more pet owners cared the way you do" I simply said " Dr,our pets are family from day 1. Pets have needs/feelings just like we do, thank you" Snuggles died 5/2004 in her sleep, she was close to 20yrs old. Our family has been cat owners/helpers/rescuers, for over 60 yrs, strongly believe to spay/neuter @ when kittens or puppies; no more unwanted litters & pets live longer along human owners.
Thank you for allowing me to share our cats story, Carmen aka keenpetite
