The older lady at reception is very rude and uncaring. I don't think she likes animals at all. As for the Veterinarian, I liked him until my last visit. He prescribed medicine for something he did not do a culture for. When the medicine was gone, it was not cleared up. I called the rude receptionist said I would have bring the dog back in. I told her I didn't want to spend another 48$ for the office call for what I already paid for and asked her to ask the doctor if we needed more medicine or needed to do something else. She did reluctantly and he refilled the medicine. WE will see what happens from here. I think that receptionist needs to find another job she likes. I asked her questions and she doesn't know anything except you would have to have another exam. Very unacceptable.
