Gone downhill. Vets are Ok but the staff sucks. If you miss an appointment for any reason, they charge you. If you call and cancel a week ahead of time, they still charge you for the visit. When you go back with your cat for yearly shots, your bill is going to be several hundred dollars. They loose payments and rebill you. If you don't pay they go after you. Jessica the admin says she will charge people what she wants to charge. There are no limits. Pay up or get out. And even if you leave, she will send you a hefty bill for no services rendered.
