Took 2 dogs in for ear crops. Provided pictures for each dog as we desired 2 very different crops. Both dogs came out with the wrong crops. When I called to complain and ask what happened, they told me, "We're sorry, but we must have mixed up the pictures with the 2 dogs". I asked for a refund since this was their fault, and they said, "Well that's not gonna happen". Purchased a $2500 Cane Corso and requested the "show crop" cut for his ears. Now my poor puppy has no tips and looks more like human ears. Can't show him, but I still love him. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone and they are negligent, irresponsible, and rude.
