Terrible service ! Irresponsible ! I made an appointment for my dog which needed urgent care. I went there for the appointment and they turned me away claiming I made no appointment even though my dog needed urgent medical care. Apparently Dr. Howard's son took my appointment and he was substituting for the usual office staff and he failed to record the appointment. They took no responsibility and said we don't have another appointment for a week and a half. They didn't offer me anything like we will try to squeeze you in tomorrow or something. Completely cold people and let my dog suffer. It's a terrible business. I wouldn't bring any pet to this Veterinarian. There has to be some caring and empathy. There has to be some responsibility for the mistakes you make. Nothing ! Just arrogance and smugness. I suggest to anyone needing veterinary care for their pet to look for a different vet. There are plenty of them in the area.

I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are by far the most respectful, courteous veterinarian I've ever met.
