They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They are absolutely horrible at returning my phone calls quickly. They usually don't return them at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and my pet felt worse when I left. They won't fit you in their schedule in case of emergency.
