I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my pet’s appointment at all. They answered all my questions and made me and my pet feel much more comfortable. I noticed their credentials and diplomas as soon as I walked in the door. I immediately felt even more confident that I was taking my pet to someone who knew what they were talking about. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They took the time to listen to all of my input and concerns. They were very attentive.
