This team provide excellent customer service, engaging and a caring environment. My cat had an accident on his way to his to his appointment. The staff were respectful and cleaned out Samsons cat carrier, Even gave us a clean towel to line the carrier with for his way home. I can't tell you how GREAT this team is from the front desk, assistants and the vet....Keep up the caring attitude it works...Samson Kochanek
