I carry all my puppies to Dr Boyer and have never had a problem or issue of any kind with my puppies.. They are as nice as can be. However, you must take a dog early before 8 am to see him.. He is very reasonable with his rates.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
