Their credentials and diplomas were the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. As soon as I saw them, it reassured me that I was taking my pet to someone with experience and skill. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. The next time my pet gets sick, there’s no way I’d ever bring them anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. All my concerns were put at ease when they answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible.
