One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them at the time I want on the day I want. They're always very flexible with their appointment times. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

We had a 16 year old cat that was very sick. We took her in and the staff was so loving and kind to her as well as my wife and me. I was sad to see my beloved Hello Nurse fell so bad and that sadness was relieved by the caring service she was given at the end of her life. Thank you so very much.
