I was impressed at this trainer's level of professionalism. They were completely focused on me the entire time and were never talking to other people or goofing around. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I feel like they are a personal trainer and nutritionist wrapped into one! I get all the exercise advice along with meal plans, yet I'm only paying for their services as a personal trainer. They are so helpful and really want to see me succeed. They make an extra effort to make sure their fitness equipment is always very clean. They sanitize it all the time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
