They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
