Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.
