If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
I've called to have my medical records sent to my doctor, next week went to my doctor & records weren't sent. So dr office requested them with me sitting there, two papers were faxed (one was one paper of my MRI-Not all my MRI information, another was the last visit. They didn't state that they're sending me to Renton for a spinal tap to inject steroids. I'm waiting to get my medical records, see if anything that was done to me is in the records. I'm always waiting 30mins-1:20 mins. I feel judged in a bad way, looked down upon. The doctors never listen & taken in what I have to say. My regular dr thinks the pain dr is only seeing me for my knees & ankle. But for many many months they've been treating me for my neck, they haven't had anything to do with my knees or ankle,or hip. Almost every time I had to urine in the cup, there's already been cups in the little door & someone or many going after me (half the time the bathroom is dirty/pee on the toilet seat) I know my pee has been messed with; because it takes me many times to go a full pee & my cup has been almost filled up twice,& not by me.
At first I saw a pregnant nurse that was very rude to me & even with a whiteness in the room. Then I started to see Jeanine, now the last few times I've been seeing another lady & she's written me up twice. And I didn't do anything wrong. She wouldn't listen about a pill that was making me swell up. So I saw my regular dr. He had written a note stating that the medicin was making me swell. So she writes me up a second time and then after I sign the crap paper, She Admits there's a problem, writes a new script & writes a script for what My Regular Dr had written me, plus she put the wrong MG. I have NO Faith nor Trust in this Clinic. They've been doing me dirty, making me feel worse than I already do, I get Looked at Messed up. I feel like I'm on illegal drugs going to Jail, every time I walk in this office. And I've never been to Jail. I'm very upset and unhappy.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. The staff is knowledgeable but the front desk women are not polite or warm at all. I feel somewhat like a criminal there! They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office is basic, neat and clean. Nothing fancy- practical looking. The dress is casual and all were dressed appropriately. The Everett office is so overbooked that I have often sat for well over an hour waiting for my appointment. In fact, I have never waited under 40 minutes. The waiting room is not welcoming- nor is the staff at the front desk. The chairs are crowded all together and I feel like I am at the DMV. The office staff (two young women) snapped at each other right in front of me- it was not professional. I feel like a criminal when they give me the perfunctory command to provide a urine sample! The girl doesn't even look at me when she hands me the cup! There is only one bathroom and sometimes you have to stand in line like inmates- how uncomfortable to be standing there with your urine cup in the cramped hallway! My other pain doctor didn't do this. The doctors & medical staff, however, did seem extremely knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful. They are also conveniently located- which is why I put up with the negative aspects. If there was another, more friendly & professional pain clinic in Everett or the surrounding locales, I would absolutely change.
