They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They do however, seem to not care about pain still being experienced. I am far from a pill chaser, but I have a Very low tolerance for Pain. My hope was that they would be considerate of my pain, but they have too much experience with addicts to respect my needs...
