I have visited Doc Hoover several times for different problems. For example, I had a serious neck injury and could barely rotate my neck effectively. I also went to him with a moderately severe left shoulder injury and a few hip and leg injuries from hiking. The doctor always took the time to explain the underlying problem and the procedure he would follow to help. He provides good adjustments and has sometimes helped problems I had not identified. He told me that one reason for recurring hiking injuries was that I was not walking quite straight, which I had not realized, and I haven't hurt myself since then. He says he has been doing this for 26 years, and he does indeed seem very good at recognizing and fixing problems. He always seems to be in a good mood, friendly but professional. He is surprisingly inexpensive as well.
