I have been going to Dr,Herfert since I retired a number of years ago.I had always been bothered by lower back and neck pain along with sciatica problems that developed while I was in my 50's.My back and neck problems have been reduced to a few annoying instances and my sciatica problems have completely disappeared.I feel that keeping up with my visits have helped me to keep more active.
