I visited him years a go and he was really friendly and did a wonderful job readjusting my spine! He does a great job at his job that I would like to go back to him!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I had problems with losing feeling in my hand that other doctors were unable to fix. I had been searching for a month for the cause. Dr Biggs was able to identify and fix an out of place rib within minutes of me walking in the door.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.
