Thank you Dr. Bard,
I took your advice. Immediately following the adjustments,and friendly advice, I left your office and walked around ten minutes. I stopped at the store and came home. I laid down to rest; my body relaxed and slowly I felt my spine adjust to the treatment. I slept like I haven't in a long time. I feel that the visit was a positive success.
