She did remember my name as she is my psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is not a chiropractor!! Her office is also no longer in Kirkland for 4 years now, it is in Seattle at Greenlake. The first answer about was name was a misfire of my mouse. Paula is very good at what she does and I think the questions you ask don't really touch the importance of what she does: like know how to prescribe medication, do therapy, etc. I have had chiropractors before and there are more important things about them than the state of their office magazines....
