I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They treat all their clients with respect and dignity and always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I found myself having to re-explain things discussed in prior sessions. I also felt that she is OVERLY politically correct and a bit too "liberal" to call a spade a spade for fear of seeming insensitive to the "perceived" minority. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I felt much more comfortable in their office when I noticed how clean it was. I can get sick kind of easily sometimes, so it was nice to see that they took the time to regularly clean and sterilize their office.
