The place was TOTAL CHAOS, staff was either ignorant or oblivious to questions about individualized therapy. The front office reeked and it took over an hour before I was able to get answers to a few questions. During the "tour" I saw bars as barriers, a non-working telephone, unhealthy food and staff watching the food network on TV while a resident was crying and asking for help. Is this treatment? not in my world.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
