Would not recommend this therapist. Felt worse after each visit. This practice treats the insurance company not the patient. There is one Psychiatrist and one therapist that would recommend but doesn't accept new patients or current patients that health insurance has changed. It's all about the health insurance plan and not the patient. Office staff has a bad reputation. It's been that way for 25 years. Pat Hollsworth (owner) needs to expand her care zone level. Sell practice to someone who is willing to accommodate seniors and persons who are disabled. Pat boots patients to the curb if a life event happens and their insurance changes. I wasn't allowed to pay cash. Finding new quality providers doesn't exist in Tennessee. State fun mental health care agency is brutal. If you ain't gay, an addict, under 18 or having a partner crisis quality mental health care vanished.
