I give this office only 1 star. The office "just" switched from physical folders to a computer system! What year is this? Also, the doctors are "one fingered" typists. 90% of the visit was the Dr. typing. I did complain to the receptionist who stated they are ALL one fingered typists because they just switched to computers. Have you been kiving in a basement for the last 20 years? The Dr. asked questions such as "Are you married?" How many children do you have?". Never asked me how I feel about my life, children, marriage or what is going on in my life. The doctor would not let me sit on the couch. I was told to sit in the chair 5 feet away from her because she wanted to have eye contact with me. She continued to waste my time with having such a hard time typing that there were only 2 instances of eye contact. I was so bored, I actually picked up my phone and was reading my ebook. I do not recommend this office to anyone who wants a Psychiatrist for the modern era. I highly doubt they are up on their education either. If you want 1950's diagnosis maybe. Extremely disappointed.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

The staff here and my Alcohol Counselor are GREAT! However, Dr. Nafeesa Siddiqui the psych is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT go to her. She is very rude! She does not make eye contact. Sits with her back to you. Is like a robot. She doesn't listen to you. She just goes down her list of questions. She has no sympathy. She is rough around the edges. When I expressed concern over the cost of the Rx she was giving me, she rudely said "Just don't by the bottle then you will have money for the wine instead." When I told her I was abused by 2 grandfathers, she looked at me with a confused look like really? Then she said "What's wrong with those grandfathers?" Not, I'm so sorry to hear that or how horrible that is.
I bit my tongue and fought the tears, but I went right to the receptionish and said NEVER AGAIN will I see her. She needs to be sent somewhere else.

They have limited hours with no one on call.If you have to get a hold of your doctor and they are closed you're out of luck.They tell you to call an emergency room at a hospital.The doctor I've had for years seems to know what he's doing though and the staff seems friendly.
