Jay is professional, knowledgeable, and has a kind spirit. He takes the necessary time to get to know you, and is a skilled diagnostician. I am a trained mental health professional, and I have great admiration and respect for him..

I have been seeing Jay for at least eight years. He is awesome. He is extremely sensitive to the needs of his patients. My insurance does not even cover my appointments, but for me it doesn't matter because I feel Jay is excellent and I completely trust him. I began going to Jay when he was at Harmony Health Care in Green Valley. I saw him monthly for five years. When Jay left Harmony, I was assigned to Dr. Hong who showed no sensitivity to my needs. He was inattentive, didn't listen, and rushed me out of his office on each and every visit. I just could not endure that type of treatment so I sought to find Jay and I am so glad I did!!!! Jay is an excellent practioner, whom I have complete confidence in his method of treatment!!!!!

If you can help it, do NOT see this man. He misdiagnosed me with depression and refused to consider any other conditions. Upon being over-medicated, I was catapulted into a manic episode. I was bipolar all along, but the moment the possibility was mentioned he rejected it. He's condescending and cares about your weight more than he cares about your health. Found a new psychiatrist and he's a freaking rockstar in comparison.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
