I can't believe the reviews on here! Shirley saved my life. She is the best counselor I've ever had and everyone else I know who has gone there agrees.

Surroundings were uncomfortable, cramped waiting area, very cluttered; office was the same. From first visit, psychologist did not seem attentive to what was being said; I had to work very hard to keep conversation on a neutral and somewhat proactive level. Vast leaps were taken from what was said, constantly had to repeat/restate in order to clarify; future visits experienced a lack of remembrance of previous conversations and recommendations; very unfortunate, not only not helpful but detrimental.

I've never seen a provider or an office look so unprofessional. Very dirty stained furniture. It was very gross and unsettling even being in that office. Way down in the basement They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like unkept They didn't seem very interested in my input. They were pretty much on their own track. Very negative psychology. Not positive at all. She didn't care to listen and took statements out if context. I was not confident that they knew what they were doing. Had one appt. and will not return

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
