It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I spoke to Joe Robinson and he had the attitude of a street thug who had spent half of his life in prison! I then complained to Bonnie Roth & Kim Anthony who did not care a dam about what I had to say!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL ASSHOLES AND RUDE PEOPLE!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The office was easy enough to find.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
