Dr. Tovar has been my psychiatrist for 15 years. He treats me as a person--I don't even feel much like a patient when I see him. I've learned a lot from him over the years, and not all about my illness! He is always running on time, but never makes me feel rushed. I'd give him more than 5 stars if the option was available.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychologist's office?
They were average

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
