The entire time I was there, I wasn't listened to at all. They just talked at me the entire time. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
