Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was on a waiting list for over 2 months and when I finally got an appointment to see someone, they took another month to do an intake assessment only to tell me they don't handle the type of help I told them I was seeking from day q. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
