They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I noticed their credentials up on the wall right away. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified.
