Every time I've called I get their answering service. I leave a message and no one returns it.

After days of trying unsuccessfully to reach someone to schedule an appointment, my medication finally ran out. I had to take time off of work and went to their office in person.

The receptionist said she would try to fit me in and after 2 hours of waiting, I was able to see my doctor. The entire time I was waiting in their office, I never heard the phone ring, because as the doctor later confirmed, they HAVE THEIR PHONE TURNED OFF!!! Apparently they do not have enough admin staff.

To make matters worse two months after that visit, I then received a bill from their office for the cost of the visit, minus my insurance deductible (which I paid at their office). They mistakenly sent the balance of my bill to me instead of processing it with my insurance!!

To clear this up, I called their office and (you guessed it) the call went straight to their answering service. Called an hour later at 11:45 am and their answering service said they were at lunch. Called back again at 1:30 pm still no one there.

I still have not reached anyone over there and I am NOT going to take time off of work to visit their office in person because they won't answer their phone or return calls.

What would happen if there was some sort of emergency and I needed to reach my doctor? Good luck.

Bottom line, I would advise anyone thinking of using these guys to look elsewhere.

No, they are almost always unavailable

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

I've already started to recommend them to everyone I know. They made a huge impact in my life. Dr Vaughn is amazing at helping me see what was in front of my "nose" and helping me with actions and reactions. He is amazing!

Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
