I've never received better advice from anyone else. It is always sound, helpful, completely unbiased, and very professional. She always keeps you on topic so you get the most value for your time. I have been to so many counselors in my life, this is the first one I ever really got actual improvement from, not just maintaining or a listening ear, but actual improvement.
