The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I usually look forward to flipping through the magazines in the waiting room; they make the time go by so much faster. I was so disappointed with their magazines here. They had nothing from the 21st century and all of them were incredibly boring.
