When they started to give me advice that seemed biased, I began to doubt their motives. I didn't trust that they were giving me advice that would genuinely help me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was a little disappointed with how flexible their appointment times were. They try to work with my schedule somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment time that works for me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Most of the time I was there, I felt pretty ignored. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns.
