This place is a joke and a total dump. The "worker" that had my case was incapable of being neutral, took everything that my ex or my children said as 100% truth without any question, yet doubted and questioned everything I said and didn't believe a word from me.
This place is straight out of the 70's...ceiling tiles missing, riddled with water stains, the furniture looks like it was picked up from the curb on trash day, it smells musty, totally unprofessional, absolutely filthy, etc. What a hole this place is.
There is something fishy going on here as well. The owner's (John) wife apparently works at the court system, and is the reason why all these Oakland County circuit court cases get referred to Impact. I wouldn't doubt if there are some kickbacks going on due to all the referrals going here. Everything about this place is DIRTY...literally and figuratively.

John Neumann is unprofessional and a liar. He does what he wants with no regard to court rules and his professional license. I have contacted the state of Michigan to open an investigation against him and his practices.

Absolutely terrible, dismissed anything I had to say as irrelevant because I was only the child's Father and not a psychologist! I mailed a lot of previous psychologists reports and tests to him a week before the meeting and it was very obvious he hadn't read a single word. I found Mr. Neumann quite arrogant and very blunt when asking for payment. I explained to him I had already sent a check but, he adamantly said I hadn't, he called later to say he got it, no apology
I would like to know why the courts force you to see him, my son had seen the in-house psychologist and I had all the reports from the one he had been seeing and previous ones before I moved.

I have to bring my child to this place for a second time, It seems John has become more tolerable, but his staff is just ridiculous, I fear for my child. I hate sitting in the waiting room forced to listen to loud music, I feel the parents who have to sit in the waiting room have the right to know whats going on. It isn't our fault our children have to come to this place, We should know whats going on, whats being said what isn't being said. They also make no effort in building a relationship with the parent and child, they just play. I hate this place. please also have the foundation checked.

I was forced to go to this awful place by Mary Kay Neumann recently. It is dirty and gross. John's Neumann's wife is Mary Kay Neumann and works for all the Judges in the Oakland County Court. It is a scam and the Judges give John Neumann all the supervised visits because Mary Kay does favors for them so her husband can get the business. This must go public and have these Judges and Mary Kay stopped. Besides the fact John is a very bitter, mean and two-faced man. Do not trust a word he says. He will turn and stab you in the back any chance he gets. Beware of John and Mary Kay Neumann. Mary Kay is also a very mean person. Her looks are scary and she is so old and grumpy she needs to retire soon! John will say you are doing bad in your visits just to keep you coming back and make money off of you. He runs the visits as a cash business and we all know why. He claims he is a psychologist and he is not. He is a social worker. He claims he does therapeutic visits and it is a joke. He sits in a corner saying nothing so there is no therapy involved. Then after months and months he says lets move to supervised visits, lowers the price and then continues to sit in the corner and do nothing. This business must be shut down!

John Newman advertises that he is a Psychologist and he is not! He is a social worker and a bad one at that. Please file all complaints to the following two agencies asap. He treats people badly, yells at parents and children hear it through the walls. My child is scared to go there now because of him. Our civil rights are violated and he needs to be reported.

I agree, this is a nasty interlocking place. There isn't even anyone to greet you at the desk. I had to go here to take my kids to supervised parenting time. There is absolutely no safety protocol. It's just horrible and they aren't even nice. I had to sit in the waiting room, was winter or I would have stayed in my car if I knew they were going to allow my dangerous ex to walk out to the waiting area to use the restroom. I was there alone. No one to help if there was a problem and no one but us and the supervisor in the building since my time is 8 in the evening. This place is so substandard, but as usual what do the courts care? If you have no choice but to go there, just be careful.

This is the most unprofessional, dirty place for children to go. Everything is old and run down. The staff are very rude and lie to your face. They will lie to make you keep coming back. The reports are written as if a 5 year old did them. John Newman will lie and stab you behind your back. He will tell you to your face that you are doing good and then tell others behind your back your visit was terrible. He sits in the corner on a computer with no interaction, is not engaged, checks his email and surfs the web. He will only take cash and is probably pocketing it without reporting it to the IRS. Why the court system uses this service is unbelievable. This company should be investigated Stay away! You will get screwed!

This company is ridiculous. Our family was forced to use the company by the court system for supervised parenting time evaluation. They are rude and have no respect for their client's schedules. They are very poor communicators, and even blatently lie about trying to contact you. They just go ahead and schedule a visit for you, and if you are unable to make their chosen date and time, they simply berate and belittle you over the phone, using inappropriate language and displaying a highly unprofessional demeanor. I'm certainly not comfortable sending my children back to this place. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
