Sue Heng ruined my life as an adolescent. She stained my beautiful youth with her ideas of me to other people that left me alone as a nine year old girl, so I could repetitively return to her office so Health and Welfare could keep paying her. My brother left the system after three weeks, I was made out to be a child villain because of the image she set forth for me, I didn’t leave foster care until I was 17.
